You’ll Die Soon and have no time for regret

Within a blink of an eye, the people you love can be gone. You’d never see’em again, ever.

You never know what disaster can happen in a fraction of a second.

Ancient Philosophers resembling the “stoic” community made use of the technique known as “contemplation of your own death” to live a worthy life. They used to cultivate the habit of thinking that they are dead already and the day they are living today is the bonus they received from god.


This mindset made them grateful for everything and gave them the strength to wear their heart on sleeve and connect deeply with the loved ones by expressing authentic feelings without any resistance or shame/ego/guilt.

This technique was also used by Steve Jobs due to which he made extraordinary results.

 The most painful goodbyes are the ones that are never said or explained.
