6 REMEDIES TO CURE WORRY

1. Co-operate with the inevitable.

You cannot control what happens to you from external sources so stay in control of yourself and your emotions. Embrace the truth and don’t let external events steal your peace of mind because it is inevitable.

2. Think & Act cheerfully to feel cheerful.

Your actions generates feelings. If you act slobbish you will feel like a slob. If you act energetic you will feel energetic. You have to develop the skill of choosing your actions consciously and feeling a certain way.

3. Don’t think about people and events that you don’t like.
That’s simple, if you think about something bad you will feel worried. Your thoughts also produce feelings. So focus on positives because where your focus goes, energy flows.

4. Count your blessings

To feel wealth in terms of emotional well being count your blessings. Appreciate what you have and always be grateful for the people, objects and events that are in support of you.

5. Keep busy

Focus on the solution, keep your irritation and frustration in control. You have yo be the master of your emotions and not the other way around. Keep yourself busy so that your mind doesn’t wander.

6. Everyday, try to do a good deed that will put a smile of joy on someone’s face.
